Questions
How does the standing schedule work?
When you join a plan, we assign you a permanent route slot — a specific day and time window that repeats every 4 or 6 weeks. You'll get a reminder text the day before. No rebooking required.
What's included in every groom?
Bath, blow-dry, breed trim or haircut, ear cleaning, nail trim, and a quick coat-health check. We use professional salon-grade shampoos — not big-box brands.
How do plan and one-time pricing differ?
Plan members commit to a recurring cadence and save 10% per visit. They also hold a permanent route slot — same day, same time. One-time visits are available at full price but don't hold a slot.
What if I need to skip a visit?
Give us 48 hours' notice and we'll shift your slot. Your spot is reserved on the route, so late cancellations affect the day's route for the whole street.
Is my street on the route?
We're currently building out Westfield, Cranford, and Scotch Plains. Drop your address in the booking form and we'll confirm coverage or add you to the neighborhood waitlist.
Ready to stop driving
to the salon?
Route slots fill by neighborhood. Once your street is full, you're waitlisted until the next route expands.
